Let's Go for a Hike!

Join us at NOON on SATURDAY AUGUST 5TH for a hike to the beautiful White Rocks of Boiling Springs. This 2.6 mile round trip hike climbs approximately 500 feet up to the ridge line of the mountains where we will scamper across the white rocks themselves.  There are several steep sections, but as long as you are wearing proper footwear, the trail shouldn't pose a significant challenge.  Weather permitting, we will leave from the church at noon on Saturday August 5th.  It is about a half hour drive to the trail head, and then the hike and-of course- ice cream afterwards.  Eat lunch on your own beforehand.  We should be back to the church between 2:45 and 3:45 pm.  Sign up in church lobby or
