Leadership

We are led by a plurality of biblically qualified elders.. These men are uniquely and specifically gifted by God to care and provide spiritual leadership and guidance for our church family. Each of our elders leads in specific areas of ministry within the church but is equal in authority. We are also congregationally accountable. Under God and His Word, the last and final court of appeal in a matter of the life of the church is the local congregation. The Bible uses the words “Pastor,” “Elder,” and “Bishop” interchangeably, therefore we do too. Biblical references include Acts 20:17-38, 1 Peter 5:1-2, and Titus 1:5-9.
