Who Is Jesus? | The One Who Cares For Our Needs (Mark 6:30-44)

Josh Wines continues our study of the Gospel of Mark in Mark 6:30-44 by looking at the person of Jesus in the story of the feeding of the five thousand. Here we can see that Jesus is a God of compassion. He shows that compassion by meeting our intimate needs. As disciples of Jesus, we also should look for ways to serve those around us by bringing them to the One who can fully satisfy all of their needs.

As you prepare for the message, please read the passage and ask yourself: How does Jesus meet my needs? What needs of others can I meet in a way that shows Christ's compassion?

Josh Wines

Josh is currently pursuing his MDiv. at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. We have been blessed by him and his wife, Raissa, and are honored that they are a part of our church family. It is our prayer that we are able to continue equipping Josh for the work of ministry with the hope that one day we will be able to send him out into the harvest.
